Nestled in the lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood of Ann Arbor. The space Two bedrooms and full bath with double vanity. Gourmet kitchen stocked with all you need to prepare a meal. Light-filled, well-appointed living area with comfortable furniture and smart TV. Bedrooms have Tuft and Needle mattress and each has a smart TV. We've taken care of all the hospitality goodies you will want and need. Our staff is standing by during your stay to make sure everything is fabulous. Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $85). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($85 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience. Keyless entry Quiet neighborhood Private driveway with parking Guest access Parking in the rear of the building for one vehicle per guest (first come, first served). There is ample street parking with no day/time restrictions. Equipped with laundry facilities, 3 complimentary loads provided. Other things to note Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival. We use a spray disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. Football home games are slightly crazy in the neighborhood, street parking spots are stalked by fans.
