Description

Private suite in a one-of-a-kind home in Ann Arbor! Similar to a boutique hotel, this 2 level home has 6 private and secure suites, with several open and spacious common/shared areas. Our reviews make it clear, these suites are meticulously clean, comfortable, and a great value. The space Each suite has a private full bathroom, closet, desk, queen size bed with premium mattress, and smart TV. A mini-fridge, microwave and coffee station are also included in each suite. The shared common areas include a large great room on the second floor, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped for you to make a meal, a media room with 100" TV, and lovely deck with outdoor seating and a view of the Big House. Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $50). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($50 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience. We use a spray disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. We stock olive oil, salt and pepper, whole bean coffee and creamer in all our units. We also provide enough body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels for 3-4 days as well as a few Tide pods for 2-3 loads of laundry and a few dishwasher tabs. For stays of a week or longer guests are asked to provide their own toiletries and other supplies. Our company offices and supplies are contained in the basement of the house. You may occasionally hear the sound of staff conversation, staff entering and exiting the back door, and doors opening and closing during business hours.View More
