Located in the heart of Lower Burns Park, this adorable 3 bedroom house (right out of Fixer Upper!) offers everything one would need to enjoy Ann Arbor for a weekend, or even a few weeks. The newly renovated open plan kitchen and living room is ideal for hanging out with friends, hosting a dinner party, or just taking in a movie on the big screen TV. Three comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space for you and your guests to get some sleep. Two full bathrooms offer great privacy. The space Greek revival style cottage on the outside; clean, open and contemporary feel on the inside. The home's beautiful open-concept layout is perfect for gathering friends or a family getaway. 3 bedrooms (one on main level with bathroom adjacent, 2 on basement level with bathroom adjacent) with premium Tuft and Needle mattresses and smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $175). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($175 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience.
